(3) Double-motor drive open mixer milll
Double-motor drive open open mixer milll is a special type of closed-drive open mixer milll. The power is driven by two motors to drive two sets of reduction gears in the closed reducer. The front and rear rollers are driven by the shaft coupling to rotate. If a speed-regulating motor is used, the linear speed and speed ratio of the front and rear rollers can be adjusted within a certain range, so as to meet the requirements of different production processes. The roller bearing adopts double row self-aligning rolling bearing, and the pitch adjustment usually adopts electric pitch adjustment device. (4) Combination drive open mixer milll
The combination drive mill uses a reducer to drive the body part of two or more mills at the same time. The combination drive open mixer milll is often used in production, and the power is controlled by the main engine. After the motor is decelerated by the reducer, it is sent to the rear roller through the drum gear coupling # on the double-side output shaft of the reducer, and then the power is transmitted to the front roller through the speed ratio gear installed at the end of the roller. Both sides of the machine body work at the same time, and the speed ratio gears on both sides can adopt different speed ratios, so that the same double open mill can realize different production processes and shorten the conveying distance of the rubber. The combination drive mill is characterized by easy operation, high transmission efficiency, small footprint, and strong work adaptability.
(5) Integral open mixer milll

(6) Hydraulic drive open mixer milll
Hydraulically drivenopen mixer millll uses hydraulic motors as the power source. A set of hydraulic motors are installed on both sides of the machine body and at the ends of the front and rear rollers to drive each roller individually. The linear speed and speed ratio of the front and rear rollers are adjusted by the hydraulic control system. The roller bearings adopt automatic self-aligning rolling bearings, and the roller pitch adjustment usually adopts hydraulic pitch adjustment. The hydraulic drive mixer milll is characterized by compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, and superior safety performance.
