4. It is related to human physique. When mixing rubber, don’t make your hands too dry, you can moisten your hands.
5. In the operation process, as long as the tip of the cutter is used to touch the roller at any time, and to avoid direct contact between the hand and the roller, the pain of electrostatic discharge can be avoided.
6. The manual input of rubber must be light and slow. It is strictly forbidden to use insulating materials for the covering.
7. The rubber mixing equipment is equipped with an induction static eliminator.
8. In places where there is a risk of explosion or fire and to prevent the human body from being charged, the operator must wear anti-static work clothes, anti-static shoes or conductive shoes. Conductive ground should be laid in the operation area.
